ya i emailed both them and playspan... guess just getting overly frustrated and thanks for your support its greatly appreciated

While the "when confused the first line of defense, attack the forum" is an option, a less direct but more effective approach is the support forum or emailing support.

yeah I made sure to do the updating of the account. Not sure about the tax info don't want to mess with that to much cause this is the only game i have the issue with.

and if you contact hem about wtf they doing you just get bareley an answer except there system turned you down

so i needed 2 wait 2 weeks to get me unbanned ..... gladly i could use a paysafe card as payment method too else i would have killed somebody literally since support so bad and didnt even care about customer
dont know even why they unbanned me probably only because the Studio i wanna pay send them some angry support ticked since i was already complaining in Studio support how they treat there customers
regarding playspan not mwo in relation to playspan

haha thanks man i grealy appreciate it! read it but its against regs to fax/email/copy your military ID card.. sooo i guess grinding is my way to go
