First off this game WILL flop if they don't fix it. I'm not the smartest tool in the shed but I do know a little bit about business. In order to make money you have to have a system to take the money. This is where you all went wrong. I have tried and tried to give you my money. I WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY, yet I can't. Playspan marketplace is ******. Bottom-line. I am currently a Soldier in the United States Army serving over-seas and I can't GIVE you my money. Not through paypal, not through your credit card service, NOTHING. Yet I can order ANYTHING I please through paypal and have a very good reputation with them. These are the small things that make people mad. I am honestly considering uninstalling this damn game. Not because its a bad game, not because I can't use my money to be "better". Just because you made poor decisions on how you decide to collect money. Just like the fist in my picture, that is whats happening here.

HAve you contacted support about any issue you have? They are pretty responsive. Try it.

Is every single one of your posts simply dismissive of people's concerns? I had the same issue when I bought my founder's account, because I had moved recently. If you're in the military "having moved recently" = "all the time."

There were issues specifically with overseas servicemen back when Founders went on sale....there was a solution from another servicemen posted on the boards back then. I'll try and find it, but the post is very old.

Thank you for you service, you not only protect the country but the gene pool (you aren't allowed to breed right?)
While the "when confused the first line of defense, attack the forum" is an option, a less direct but more effective approach is the support forum or emailing support.

Still digging through the old forums (on forum page 268 of 412 now, lol), some of the solutions from way back when included making sure your playspan account profile information matches your paypal info, another said something about specifying a tax id in your paypal account.

Guess you can give those a try...still digging for now.

If you have a friend you know in the states, you could hand him your account info and ask him to buy MC on your behalf, then send him a check to cover it.
I did something similar quite a bit for a friend I had who got sent to Afghanistan several years back, buying stuff off of Amazon for him and then shipping it to him over there.

yeah I made sure to do the updating of the account. Not sure about the tax info don't want to mess with that to much cause this is the only game i have the issue with.

Playspan is a very nice business shutting you down for 5*2Dollar actions in 1 h but accept beforehand 100$ single actions via paypal
and if you contact hem about wtf they doing you just get bareley an answer except there system turned you down
so i needed 2 wait 2 weeks to get me unbanned ..... gladly i could use a paysafe card as payment method too else i would have killed somebody literally since support so bad and didnt even care about customer

dont know even why they unbanned me probably only because the Studio i wanna pay send them some angry support ticked since i was already complaining in Studio support how they treat there customers

haha thanks man i grealy appreciate it! read it but its against regs to fax/email/copy your military ID card.. sooo i guess grinding is my way to go sad that i have to prove that im a citizen thanks again for your valuable time!
