from what i am seeing , a hunchy firing his ac-20 with what we know is a big gun, and has no recoill i think these things fire like recoilless rifles

Maybe o.o on the other hand recoiless rifles are sometimes called Guass Rifles in some media.

They said knockback is in the game but tuned waaay down for testing as seen in the latest videos. It will be a mechanic in the final product. AC's, Gauss, and Recoiless rifles are in the lore but are all seperate entities.
