So i think his concern is that how does PGI know which program is which? does PGI know that the user is running either a TS overlay or an Aimbot? would a user be banned if he uses TS overlay but PGI registers it as an illegal 3rd party software?
i think his concern is valid, we are not sure how PGI detects the usage of 3rd party programs, for what we know all 3rd party program might be classified as an illegal.

It really depends if and what programs they are or will be using to monitor the servers.
