Anyone else experience this? I bought a Commando COM-1B tonight, played a few matches in it and had a ton of fun. After I went AFK for a bit and lost my connection to the game (internet connection was never lost though) I logged back in only to find my new customized mech was gone, not only was it gone though, but my pilot training is contradictory now. It says that I have 1/8 basic skills on the left sidebar, but on the main area where I select my skills, it says I have 0/8 but nearly 3,000 XP (which is about what I would have had if I had never bought the mech and trained my skill).

Is there anything that I can do about it while I wait for my ticket to be resolved, or has anyone else dealt with this and can tell me what happened?

Nevermind, there was a thread about this already and the suggestion to close and restart the program worked.
