Get CPU-z and find out what it reports, if your so inclined, then rerun the App and when you paste simply modify the CPU speed before saving.

Most likely because your cpu was/is idle. I know my i7 only shows its true clock when the cores are under load, its typical.

(Changed cpu speed to reflect overclock. But still does not show my dual gpus. That seems to be common so I'm not worried about it.)

EDIT: This reminded me to run windows experience index again, and to my surprise I got a .2 bump Must have been from newer GPU drivers.
