Hey All!

The actuall solution with cycling through the weapon groups is a bit too much time consuming especially in close combat.
So I did a macro after the third weapon jamming - witch takes 0 seconds to do the unjamming procedure. So everybody with a macro capable input device will do this - and this leads to unfairness.
I think it would be better if you implement an extra button for unjamming wich we have to press for about 2 seconds or something.

Atm there is a big advantage for all ppl with a macro able device or tool and second for the ppl without such a device the ultra ac/5 is just crap ;)

I'd say about 5-10 seconds and have it auto unjam, this being a benefit if the last round you needed fired actually did it's job, but then jammed then you went off to fight another battle then lo and behold your gun works like it never jammed.(and you never noticed it as such if you are paying more attention to your radar and targets which should be your main purpose)

There should just be a "jam cooldown" that clears itself like Rotary AC was in MW4.

I know this may not be the greatest suggestion but what about a "unjam quick time event" when you goto fire the UAC? Kind of like reloading quickly in Gears of war?

It's too bad the macro thing ruins it, because their system of unjamming is actually very clever.

It's r3tarded. MW is a strategic mech sim, not a twitch fps. Mech is complex piece of machinery with automatic systems that monitor and diagnose itself, not a rifle that you juggle to unjam.

Who makes a system in a mech that requires 18 button presses to unjam a gun?
