What say you? Having Heavy and Assault Mechs rolling ECM defeats the entire purpose of a support system. when the main front-line Mechs are immune to LRMs, and can, themselves roll LRMs, and/or SRMs and just wipe out teams on their own, ECM is OP for Assault and Heavy Mechs.
