As a player who just joined in on Open Beta, despite all the joy and the tears that come with a new patch--

I'm pretty excited!

Love being able to see a franchise I love grow.

Hopefully for the better ;).

Don't get your hopes up. ;)

They've delayed stuff before. Just go play and have fun--if we have a patch, great, if not... wait til next week.

I on the other hand am waiting for another game.... I have mostly lost hope in this one.

Not what it was advertised to be.

MWO is not the factional warfare game that they said would have.
MWO is fun, but it isnt what I am looking for. I can get better frame rates, more variaty and more depth from other games of the same range.

Maybe in a year MWO will be half of what it wanted to be at launch. I just think they bit off more than they could chew with the time and scale they chose.

My biggest wish for them on launch day is they fix the frame rate issues on Forrest Colony, the memory leak, and the latency aka Lag shields, for the game.

Definitely agree with you.

As much as I love new game modes, maps and mechs, the frame rate and lack of optimization is just flat out killing me. Hopefully the new patch will turn things around.

Don't get too many hope. PGI does not do much on actual game progress.
