My nephew has just downloaded the game, and everytime he tries to start it, he gets the same error. Has uninstalled and reinstalled three times now, and using the default install parameters.

Here is the error:

the progrm can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem .

System was not build specifically as a gamer:
ASUS M4N98TD EVO AM3 NVIDIA nForce 980a SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
GIGABYTE GV-N430-2GI GeForce GT 430
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB

Thats what I though, but I had him run DXDIAG, and he has DX11 installed.

Anyway,
he got it working, and since I am 850 miles away, I have no idea what he did, and neither does he.....
