Is there any chance of the yen lo wang bug being fixed? I mean i have Ferro armor and i still get *killed* before any of my internal structure is destroyed or any of my armor removed. How can this still be happening? I just got shot in the leg and all my AMS ammo was destroyed....My ammo was in my torso! Does anyone pay attention to these things? Posting this in bugs doesent work so maybe some staff member might see it here. By all means go play a game with the yen lo wang with the new armor after working you butt of to buy it and double heat sinks finally thinking i might be able to compete with the unfair matchmaking but its like i didnt buy new armor at all...I think i did better without it.If it doesent actually increase your armor value that fine but if i get hit i shouldnt drop instantly like a sack of potatoes. This is why i just started back to playing after taking a break hoping this would be addressed. With the overpowered LRM's, The scout mechs who can stand under you and destroy you while you cant look low enough to fight back and the less than fair matchmaking im sure this community is gonna lose alot of members. There are plenty of other games to waste money on.And People will start playing other games like i have.

I haven't had any problems with my wang, don't use ferro, the benifits are minimal for how much space it takes up, use endo instead, gives you 2.5 tons free. Also Case your ammo it makes the damage it does when it explodes minimal, crit shots to your ammo are your enemy after-all.

You are getting payed extra to use a gimped version of the D model.

Be careful of exposed open areas and lrm are a non issue, don't run across a lake expecting to get through unscathed.

Also as a reminder, the armor still has the same max protection, it's just a bit lighter.

Wasn't it said that when you upgrade to FF armor you have to reapply it to the mech? In other words, make sure you have armor at all?
I thought this was an issue with upgrades, I thought Heatsinks worked the same way, upgrade them and they all disappear until you add them back in.

You might be getting shot with NO armor at all, which means all damage is direct to torso. Or, a crippling bug.

FF replaces your current armor, you don't need to reapply, it just appears. as part of the cost for FF. Heatsinks is due to they are an actual item you put on your mech not a immaterial one(one where you don't choose where they go)

Your incorrect and correct. When FF was originally released, you had to re-apply it. I should know, I had to on my Wang.
