I know there is a lot of things the team is working on for the game
but one thing I wanted to suggest would be a better
Lobby/Party/Matchmaking service. The Social needs to be revised
entirely, but that's my opinion. Social needs a better Instant Messaging
basically.

We need a party/group lobby where we can Chat and look at
Mechs the party/group has selected to make suggestions before a match.
Also The Group Leader/BOSS should be able to select things like 1v1,
2v2, 3v3, 4v4 for party private battles. and be able to select Maps,
Battle Type, and be able to edit private matches to disable certain
Mechs and what not.

Matchmaking needs a voting system for maps and more game types and a
lobby instead of just a launch button. One more thing, if y'all can
merge the current lobby or main window with the actual game. Id
rather be in one window with one resolution the entire time.
The game also has serious performance issues on good machines so what
does this mean for low spec machines? They cant play. Hopefully a
performance fix comes soon.

Thank you for your time on reading this. Just some Ideas most likely
you have already started, or done. I just feel like if I have an Idea
Im going to send it in.

A pre-launch game lobby where you can see what 'Mechs you'll have on your team would be brilliant, it would also allow for some 'Mech switching to help balance the team and also allow some basic battle plan to be formed.

From my experiences over the few weeks. There's is some type of hidden group classification.

If the Mechs in a 4 man group are light/mediums, the drop tends to favor other lighter groups and pugs.

If the Mechs in a 4 man group are Assults/Heavies, the drop tends to favor other heavier groups and pugs.

I've been in a voice chat channel with up to 6 Four man groups. Though usually 2 to 3 full Four man groups. Balance groups(L/M/H/A) or mid/heavy groups less of chance then High/Low groups in matching.

Biggest thing is have both of the group leaders in the same region, while third person be the caller for the countdown. Majority of the time we end up together or with/against another premade group.

With high-end system with SDDs and good ping, I'm often first into the match and seeing the slower computers connect. I can often see groups of 3 or 4 populate the match list, often tell when one side picks up random pugs.

Yes I love to have 8 man groups back. Please bring them back ASAP.
Yes Nice to have GROUP vs GROUP instead of random players.
Perhaps an group option for launching with or without pugs.

Somewhere in the future how about 12/24/36 man groups. Along with 2/4 man duels with spectators.

I'm not quitting. Mechwarrior still is a fun game. Has long way to go. Lots of things can make this a better game.

thats really no secret at all. If possible an working, MM will put even numbers of mechs per weightclass in each team.
As for the social thing, i made this thread a while ago with a suggestion:
http://mwomercs.com/...-social-button/

but afaik they said to bring a new interface with release next year...

I really thing, matchmaking and Frontend should be the top prioritys rigth now, besides bug fixes, as those are the thigns, that keep people i know from playing

Yes Matchmaking and Performance should be the top Priorities right now. After the Nov 20th patch the game is unplayable on Medium Core Machines and Low Core Machines cant play at all now. Hopefully a hot fix comes soon.

Please List your Specs for your current loadout. I doubt ur playing on a low grade. Most people are on Med to High, not settings computer loadouts.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 GHz -- AMD Athlon II X2 245e
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 8800GT -- AMD Radeon HD 5600/5700
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows Vista 32-bit
DirectX: DX9

HDD Space: 4 GB

My System:

CPU: Intel Q6600 @2,4 Ghz
GPU: ATI Radeon 3800 Series
RAM: 4GB (used ot have 2 GB during closed beta, worked like a charm)
OS: Win7 pro 64
DirectX: should be DX11 or 10.1
HDD Space: well.. enough to have it installed ;)

compared to min reqs, i think my system can very well be rated as low

Thank you for you quick response and please note Im not trying to discredit you.

I worked in the computer repair industry for a while and that's not low spec. You dont look at the whole you look at specifics. 2gb or ram makes you med core. Anything above a 2900 HD makes you med core. Q6600 is a dual core so its med core.

Low core is a single core proc, with 2007 or earlier graphics card and 1gb or ram. On cheap old mobos like dell and hp or emachines. Had a computer like this that ran MWO okay with configs before the nov 20th patch.
