Add The Date To The Patch Thread Along With The Patch Number

Just a simple request to add the date in the patch thread along with the version number.

something along the lines of: Patch 1.0.150 (Nov. 20)

I wont remember the version number in a week, so having the date makes it easier to know when i need to read the thread
