I'm pretty mad and disappointed after reading todays patch notes and I just wonder if this game is really in beta? PG is showing complete lack of balls with every patch. They tweak like couple of things then stop. MWO is supposedly in beta, but you are in this 2 week retail production cycle and not making any real changes. You aren't reacting at all what is happening. You have some list that needs to be done and you do two things from it in 2 weeks just to show that you are doing something. As a beta this is a disgrace. Rename MWO open beta to MWO full release or something because this isn't a ******* beta.

Like the weapon changes that they talked about, AC's having faster speed and lrm's having 0.1 dmg increase, why aren't they in the patch? Knowing some programming this is a freaking variable change that literally takes 2 seconds to do so they didn't add these changes because of lack of time, they weren't added because of completely lack of balls.

As a last point to PG, stop ******* counting the money I gave you and start making some real ******* progress or you aren't getting a penny more.

Wouldn't you be more disappointed if they instead rolled out broken stuff? Personally I'm satisfied with how they're doing it now.

Nope, because they could then roll a hot fix afterwards, it's a ******* beta afterall yes? But it seems like that if they would roll out with broken stuff, we would still have to wait the 2 week production cycle for a fix because fucuesjosejiofkosefkosefko

Relax, dude. When they tried patching a lot of things at once people kept whining and gnashing their teeth on the forums. If anything broke with a new patch, then up that by about 40-50%.

Also, you think they aren't reacting to what you think is wrong. They have a lot of back-end data available to them which is their marker for what takes precedence. Weapon changes are a bit more than "just a variable change." As an easy quick thing it might break: netcode. They have to ensure that a new faster weapon will register correctly and fairly. As for the LRM changes, the team that would handle that is likely also in charge of the AC and gauss changes. They will likely release it when the whole package is ready. Furthermore, they may have wanted to wait on the LRMs until they see how the new sensor packages and BAP are received by the community. On that same note, they may want to see if the Cataphract makes any waves in the ballistics territory.

Also, coding and compiling the game is a tremendous feat. If you think your "some programming" experience tells you better, then perhaps you could decompile their files and update the variables for them? I think that they'd appreciate the volunteer efforts.

If the couple of bucks you threw their way is breaking your bank, maybe you should be more careful with your allowance. As you aren't a Founder, you either bought Premium Time or MC. They've delivered to you what you paid for pretty instantly, this doesn't give you the privilege to make demands.
