I know this isn't working yet, as far as I can tell from patch notes, but went to refit it to my Raven, along with the Beagle now that that has been implemented, to experiment with load-outs and it doesn't come up as an option for the left shoulder where it is supposed to be located.
You can mount the Beagle centre torso, original location, or left shoulder but the Guardian ECM only come up under the cockpit section where it will not fit anyway.

Hey Folks,

I just refitted my Raven 3L. I degraded the armor to standard Armor and fitted endo-steel armor into it.

In order to do so, I had to temporary remove some of the modules from the mech. Including the ECM Placeholder.

After the upgrade was done I couldnt find the ECM Suite in the buy menu anymore - its gone.

I know its currently just a placeholder, but I still want it back on my Mech.

ECM is not implemented yet-... why would they mess with making it equippable if they aren't going to try to make it work yet anyway? Enjoy the BAP

Currently ECM requires 2 slots and must go in the head location.

There is only 1 head slot.... And yes, I am using a RVN-3L that originally came with it installed.

To my knowledge, ALL mechs only have one head slot. The ECM hasn't yet been implemented, so perhaps this is a way to keep it out of the game until they add functionality?

Eventually, ECM should be mountable in all locations like the Beagle currently is.

Possibly. But the mech CAME with the ECM...
