Since this patch has worsened my performance to under 10 fps, I have spent some time in the patch feedback forum. And i found the known issues polls by Niko Snow.

If you read them carefully he has some sense of humour. Look into the work arounds section of each bug.

In the end I left the patch feedback section with a smile.
