post patch I have noticed on Forest Colony map in my shiney new Phracts that my HUD will flicker .. sometimes just outright disappearing, sometimes I will get the overheat message/hud with the flickers. Even immediately after the match starts, take 2 steps and my hud will start to flicker. Also every once in a while on Frozen city I have a different HUD problem, where everything turns to blocks (the text, the wireframe damage indicators) and other weirdness were you just cant see, the view gets kind of blockish/ghosted and doesn't change. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this behavior?

I just played a game with my Cataphract where, from the moment the game started, I had no HUD.
No radar, no weapon list, no reticle, no IFF, no chat, not even the red damage bars that show up when you get shot at.
I could still input commands to walk and fire.
I tried powering down the mech and powering it back up, but it didn't fix the problem. Neither did Alt-Tabing out and back into the game.

i have been having tha problem since open beta started 8/10 times when i start no hud at all. They need to fix that problem asap.

DITTO, had the same problem on my Centurion.

Sucks having to wait & see someone shooting at you to figure out if they are friend or foe, then hope it's not some noob on your side trying to figure out the controls. ;)

Had the same on a Hunchback.
Tried taking a screenshot of it, but it turned out all black... (does this game have a specific key for taking screenshots?)

But it was kinda fun to guess who was friend or foe ;)

For the HUD bug i had it several times too, but was able to Recover.

You Power Down your Mech with "P" and power it up again.
Then no Hud or Permanent Heat warning Screen will vanish, and Hud will recover to Nominall

But it won't work against Yellow Stuck Screen when entering Game.

Not true. We're referring to a persistent bug. "P" does not work. We've all tried it and more to no avail.

Just played a match where my mini map wouldn't work at all. Leg position indicator was stuck in the forward position, and no friendlies or hostiles were showing up.

I've had this happen at least twice as well. It just happened in my Raven today, can't remember which map.
Hud is gone as well as all overlayed two-dimensional things such as chat, minimap, crosshair, those triangular indicators tags over friends and enemies, etc.

I'm pretty sure I can chat, because when I hit the chat button or teamchat button, i can't move,shoot,etc until i press enter.

That said, the FPS seemed a lot higher the first time this bug happened, normally I have horrible FPS.

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
CPU: AMD FX™-8120 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
RAM: 8 GB Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3

Just had a match in Frozen City, No HUD No team chat.

No crash dump file generated. I survived the match with one assist. Lucky me I guess.

Same thing for me - first time ever with no HUD elements at all, no minimap, nothing but the hardware being rendered (and weapons effects). I ran around waiting for someone to shoot at me and then I started shooting back until I got swarmed and killed (probably by ECM Commandos/Ravens).
