I wonder how i could find out: does the BAP stack on top of the two modules increasing the sensor range & reducing time for target acquisition?

It probably does, because with both items in question I was able to snap targets at 1050.
*EDIT* Be noted that the BAP reduces time for MISSILE LOCK, the thing it might interact with in that light is NARC/TAG, but the information gathering/loadout time reduction module does not apply.
