Just recently got my third Raven all basic pilot skills and unlocked on my 3L the elite skills. But i was also able to directly unlock the master skill without having all elite skills on the other 2 Ravens.

Mastery only takes 3 elited mechs from the same weight class as opposed to the same chassis. Do you have other lights that you've gotten all the elite skills for?

ok, then they changed it. last time i needed 3 of the same mech.
