I blame you for the awesome and ridiculous Battletech moves my brother and I would make up.

The Knee Drop - Pick up an enemy mech and drop it on your mech's knee, breaching its rear torso armor, but there's a chance of breaking your own leg off. Works regardless of weight classes and the presence of arms, which is pretty hilarious. (Example: My Atlas was knee-dropped by a Jenner for a one-hit KO from ammo explosion which blew his leg off but he didn't fall over. I imagine that Jenner pilot felt pretty badass.)

The Suicidal Zombie - Rip your own mech's arms, legs, and head off and throw them at the enemy. Yes, even the head.

The Gun Grab - Rip your enemy's weapons off and fire them at them. Only works for one turn as doing so severs the ammo belt/power supply, but against Hunchbacks it's hilarious.

The Roller Skate - Move two tanks and a mech of the same weight class into one hex. Now the mech places one foot on each tank and rolls into glorious battle, alpha-striking with no heat or accuracy penalty from movement. Taking a hit poses a risk of knocking the mech over easily, but the ability to alpha-strike with a mech and two tanks at a single target as well as the comedic value of the mental image you got while doing it was worth the risk.

The Mysterious Portal - If a mech trips while running and slides more than 6 hexes, roll 2D6. If you get a 12, a portal to the astral plane opens up and your mech skids into it, disappearing forever. However, you do get a Medium Laser for it that you can slap on any 'Mech on the board.
