I blame you for 8am-8pm appointment windows that AT&T schedules only to cancel at 7:59pm.

(The best one however was the one they did not cancel but also did not clear. So a week later on a phone call with them I was asked if I would like to try to keep the appointment or reschedule.... yes AT&T I would like to keep the appointment you did not show up for last week.. Feel free to time shift back to that date and not screw me over.)
