And when I ask this, I mean what they do in-game, since I could look up sarna.net but it won't really help me much. I'm considering modifying my C1 cat, so I wondered what those things do.

Any help, guide, something to summarize?

* Narc is currently broken, but basically increases the change missles (mainly lrms) hit.
* Tag does the same but works and is quite usable.
* Armetis lowers the spread of missles and therefore increases the chance that more missles will hit the target (the cluster of missles is tighter)

Armetis, Tag and Narc does not stack in my knowlege.

Also Armetis significantly increases the rearm/repair costs.

IIRC, TAG (and NARC) also reduce the lock-on time for LRMs and SSRMs.

And I do believe that Artemis and TAG stack, but that's just from what I've read.

wouldn't it make sense that NARC makes all missiles go to the part that got hit by the beacon?

In-game or official documentation, outside patch notes? No. Not yet. Hopefully we see an official game manual before we switch from Beta to Live.
