is it just me or does it seem to overheat more easily??
BTW my loadout is endo-steel,TAG,standard 260 engine, dual heat sinks,2 LRM10s and the lazers that came with the mech

the dhs seem to have been lowered in the engine, i cant yet prove it, but my builds got less heat efficient in this patch, better switch to gauss.

The 4 Med Lasers generate a fair amount of heat by themselves. I have 5 on my SP, and 2 SRM6s and I think 10(Double) and 4 (1.4HS). With propper trigger control I can actually maintain a devistating rate of fire.
Set your weapons groups like this
2x Med Lasers (on the same arm) on group 1
2x Med Lasers (on the other arm) on group 2
2x LRM10s on group 3
Small Laser Group 4 (I would just remove it personally)
If you volley fire your LRMs you will maintain a pretty steady rate of fire and your heat should stay constant.

Feels that way to me too, it seems like I'm overheating half a tick faster than pre-patch.

ya, like i said, it seems that the dhs in the engine are now 1.4, not 2.0
also smaller launchers are right now useless, ams takes apart eh lrm10, instead of 2 lrm10's go with 1 lrm 20. much more effective.
