So when you're powered down, you can't do anything but free look. Used to be able to at least chat and press Tab to see the score. Dunno if a bug or intentional, but I pin as a bug.

Its intentional and its really stupid.
Comms-wise, people use voice chat so this only penalizes those that do not use them. Its astonishing to see this level of ignorance by a game development company.

Yeah, I usually am on voice chat but when I'm not i'd like to be able to call out to my team when I overheat or something happens :-/
And did I make this up or on one of the patches they said they fixed it to where you could pull up the map powered down?
