I broke my 5th metacarpal on thursday and my MWO gameplay can not be diminished by this situation. I had been using the CH Fighterstick and Pro Throttle but with my left hand casted I will not be able to manage the throttle effectively. Can anyone with experience let me know some workaounds or life-hacks to circumvent this dilemma.

if u have no trouble using the other fingers, then will a hotas like the T.flight hootas x a good option for u with additional analog seesaw/swing for the turn instead of using a keyboard.
or u can use pedals for turn ... and only controll speed with ur hotas.
BTW, get well soon

Hello my name is Bob. Thank you for calling Dell technical support my friend. Have you tried unplugging and plugging it back in?
In all honesty though, just pick up a Makey Makey and turn whatever you want into a controller! I have one that I use for making my job at work easier and more entertaining.

MakeyMakey made my day. I have seemed to overcome most of the hindrances by re-configuring my Fighterstick to some more obtuse controls. Now as I get accustomed to this layout I will likely have difficulty going back - in 6 more weeks.
Thanks though for the MakeyMakey idea I will be buying at least one just for fun.
