Network Request Timed Out

No connection since the June 4 patch. Was playing fine all morning before, but can't connect after. Any ideas what might have changed?

Still waiting to hear back from support. They gave the same advice. The only change was installing the patch. Literally, connected and playing, disconnected for patch, server downtime for updating, patch installed and no connection now. I tried using the repair tool two or three times.
