I saw a post on this just before the patch, i looked and couldnt find it after.
So, semi-repost.
But when grouping SRM's together alot of damage feels like its lost.
Using a Hunchback 4sp i noticed a significant increase in damage when firing SRM's individually instead of grouped.
I have no hard data to support this. This is just based on personal ovservations.

there definitely seems to be more damage done when you chainfire as compared to group fire, particularly on higher volume of fire weapons.

Tested with a team-mate.
LT/RT torso on a K2.
He said the single shot side definitely took more damage than the grouped side.
We were interrupted by a pack of 4 hunchy's so I dont have specifics.
But it would appear to corroborate with what ive been experiencing.
