I can't find a working one. Yeah, I can manually email support, but there is no 'file ticket' option anymore.

Explain how this makes sense.

Coming soon...

On our side, tickets are created in a similar way from emails to that address, though we do ourselves prefer the ticketing system.

New and shiny things await! In the meantime, use the email address if you have a problem that requires our attention.

Thanks!

Please understand that we only have 4 people working on the game, and we commend them for producing 4 somewhat working maps and 1 game mode over the course of the project's duration. We had a 5th programmer working on the net code, but we had to let him go for reasons involving over-indulgence of the company maple syrup on the job.

To avoid having to sift through the impending s***-storm of irate support tickets regarding our broken and incomplete game, we determined it best that we should just disable the support feature as well until we can stabilize other game systems.

But keep playing and give us more money! We totally deserve it! It will get better! We have bobbleheads on the way! There is so much awesome stuff coming that you will forget all about the fact that the core elements of our game do not even work properly."

um... it is BETA and we have no intuitive system of submitting problem tickets now? i realize you may have been flooded with tickets that are irrelevant, redundant, and/or less than politically correct, but we have to email you now to get one in? and the old system from CB was dropped why?

I e-mailed them on an issue and got a response. It's really not that difficult...

and i emailed them on a problem (#53865) and the (fill in the blank as appropriate) who replied obviously did NOT read it. he/she assumed from the mention of ECM in the title and proceeded to get their "resolution" completely wrong. it is not solved (present tense).

(added...)

and if they get it wrong again, i'll post the email string here, so you can see exactly what they are not doing to make it "not that difficult"
