Since modules are so expensive and people are unlikely to buy multiples of the same module, maybe make it easier to equip them by allowing them to be equipped on all owned mechs after they have been purchased the first time.

While we can un-equip and then equip on a new chassis, it is a pain in the behind and it seems like an easy way to improve quality of life for using modules.
