Since I can't find the right place to post this, I guess off topic would be the best place >_<

Anyways, I have a question for you guys who have read the novels (for those who haven't, this post will contain spoilers and I don't know where the spoiler tag is).

What happened to Theodore Kurita (son of Vincent Kurita, not the other more famous Theodore)?

His death hasn't been explained and I'm wondering if I missed out on chapter or something.
