Where Are The User Config Pinned Topics?

WHAT has happened to the support section? THere is nothing pinned when there is obviously a huge need for some real support for this game.
Theres nothing pinned for install issues? Nothing for user configs?
I for one would like to know WHY? I see shadows this past patch when previously I had them off via user config? ARe user configs still working?

Where are performance tweek pinned topics?
Obviously there is a huge need for support info after this past patch and we dont have anything anymore?
Anyone know what Im missing here?

thank you,, thats kinda what Im getting at. It seems as if there isnt anything official or up to date .. concerned.
