I'm looking for a team, US Eastern time zone, prefer someone who doesn't make voip mandatory (babbyroom is right next door, apparently I am loud) and doesn't put a lot of stress on showing up for meetings, or ranking structure, or WoW-guild-esque politics and schedules.
And if you are crazy Capellan fluff fans, that's even better.

Totally understand your pain dude, GF complains me talking over VOIP while shes trying to sleep.
Suggest if you can put your headphone on but put your microphone on mute, you can hear the communication in the team.
also helps if you can type some info to relay to others.

House Liao is by far one of the most laid back groups of people I have played with, not to say that they can't be nuts, but show up whenever you feel like it, and we gots no problems with it.
