Yeah. I'd consider refilling what I spent on my CTF-1X during the sale if it was for the smaller packages too, but there is no way I am throwing another $50-100 at this game on top of the $60 I already have. Hell, I've still got 17k MC left and nothing that particularly interests me to spend it on.

No offense... but this is the reason I will never buy anything from this game with real money. It's disgusting how obvious they make it "tempting" or demanding to spend real money for things like GXP and other areas of the game. I'll mess around with this game, but I wont give them my support until they learn how to balance a free to play with premium member accounts.

i also think, its not smart, to boost only 2 higher packs, cause from my point of view, a VEEEERY small people will pay that high ammount fro UNFINISHED product..
If they(devs) were smarter, then they boost also smaller packs with 20%......
i personaly thinking about 15-30$ max.... no matther if higher will give 99999999% boost. Why ? because i simply will not give more for a F2P game, and specialy not finished. think Vinie, think.....

Nothing about this game is worth $50 at the moment. Go check out the Autumn Steam sale if you have $50 to spend.

The value just isn't here in this game.

One more thing that makes PGI look like greedy fatcats

Here is a "sale" but we'll only cater to those willing to spend 50+ dollars.

Granting an additional 20% on all packages would be a welcome gesture, and what they sell in additional $7, $14, and $30 dollar packages would more than make up for any losses of projected 50-dollar-customers downgrading to a 'mere' $30.

It's probably a decision from IGP, but either way, it makes them look bad and ungrateful for lower-income players.

It's a great chance to get some MC. If I weren't a founder, I'd go for $50 worth.

There will be further promotions down the road. I'd just wait till the game is more complete...

Personally I think a promotion of like 50% more MC for the bottom two packages would have had my money. But I'm not willing to spend $50 more right now.

That really depends, I'm only here for the mechs. And this games got mechs. I don't really have a problem dropping 50$ since its got a good number of mechs. What something is worth to one person is not worth the same to another.

Of course, I would agree with you that on a technical and objective level its not worth 50$. But the game doesn't actually cost 50$, so its more up to if you think its worth it more then if it actually is or isn't.

Things are pretty balanced between F2P and premium as it is. Other than getting c-bills quicker, there's no advantage to being a premium member.

I would have bought the $14 one as it's in the budget (play money). Fifty is out however......

Yeah, I missed out on the founder program. So I just want to drop 50$ for more mechbays and a few months of premium. Not exactly a founder package, but good enough for me.

I just spent 30$ on MC yesterday.

Including the package I bought (the 29.95$ pack) in the "Black Friday" sale would have been nice and probably would have drawn more folks in.

I wouldnt have even cared if I had bought 1 day early and missed out, Thats the kinda luck I have with some things, lol

Good Luck with the sale and I REALLY do hope it does well.
