Controle Style?

Just currious how the controles will be handled in MWO. From what i saw on the video's ive watched, it seems like your going with a Keyboard/Mouse controle similar to that of SWG's "Jump to Lightspeed" were the more off-center you move your mouse (which seems to controle the little ' o ' on the screen), the faster/farther your x-hairs/mech turns.

If this is the case, will there be any 'advantage' to useing joysticks/flight-controlers instead? (or will those types of controls even be usable?)

You misinterpreted the circle. It represents the convergence location of your arm weapons. It isn't so much as moving the circle turns your mech, as moving your mech moves the circle. You can also move the circle by controlling your pilot look using a toggle, allowing you to separately aim your arm weapons.

I see you're new, so I suggest you read this first.
