Most of us are not suffering from framerate problems, good sir. If you are, I highly recommend trying a clean re-install:
- Uninstall via Windows
- Delete any remaining folders / files from the game
- Reinstall
This has fixed several issues I had after previous patches, and appears to have improved the performance of at least one person who had poor FPS after the last patch.

That's a no go. You always need to move forward. Eventually a solution is going to be implemented.

Even as one of those suffering from the performance issue I say let it stay as it is and let them work on a fix. This is beta and they can't roll back for every problem that come up, now if the game had been live I would say roll back.

Don't have any problems with framerate. Do a re-install soon as I did that I had no problems.
