You have been fooled into believing this game is a simulator/rpg/fps. This game is a strategy where we are the pieces and the devs are the players.

As is the case with many cars and motorcycles, the vehicle's limits usually exceed those of its operator; when the operator becomes more proficient, s/he is able to better exploit the limits of their machine's performance. This is what I had assumed they meant, since it is listed as a pilot skill, not a mechanical tweak.

You do know that MechWarrior WAS the RPG game FASA came out with to go with Battletech :rolleyes:
