So I was out fitting my Catapult K2 with a completely new build, saved and paid for, and when I launched it still had my old build minues the 2.5Mil Cbills. When I got back to the mech lab everything was back to the original build..
It ate all my cbills :[

Unlikely.
You should still have all the parts, at least thats how it works for me and everyone else.
Annoying bug though, 2 patches and a hotfix and still not fixed?

Same here, though usually the MechLab crashes and the config reverts to last save. All purchased items are in my inventory and I just need to re-allocate them.
