Technologies represented in the game are not properly represented in the MWO game. One of the primary technologies used represents the impact of C3 [Command, Control, and Communication] technology and it's aspect on weapons targeting and tracking. Battlemech have limited capabilities to relay and coordinate target and tracking information without C3 computers, Target Acquisition Gear, or NARC Beacon technologies in use. Giving the battlemechs the capability to lock-on LRM's onto targets a scout or other battlemech can view without these specialized equipement or line-of-sight from the missile-firing is not supposed to be able to be possible. The specialized equipment is a basis of bringing those capabilities to the battlefield of MWO, not giving those capabilities away for "no cost" like the present combat models used in the game presently. I will break down these capabilities into following postings and suggest implementation for each of these technologies in turn as to the game of MWO.

Untrue, actually. You can spot for LRMs in TT without C3. You just get a +1 to hit.

sadly I never got to play enough TT games to be familiar with most of the tech
my friends played for about 2 weeks then were disinterested in the game
Ive read a few novel but was never able to fully keep up with the game
