Used AC/5s and AC/10s the last days. Noticed the incredible ballistic drop those ACs feature.

AC/5 drops have an assault mech size at 700m, that's worse than even early WW2 area guns.

And the firing computer doest even account for it. So its very hard to hit reliably the torso of an enemy mech a bit furter away.

I suggest decrease ballistic drops significantly or atleast let the firing computer account for it.

Target Computer: Available to the Inner Sphere in 3062, right now it's 3049.

Whats so hard about spending a few shots, then adjusting for the drop anyways? Or do you just don't use grenade launchers/artilery very often?

Use lasers if you don't like having bullet drop.

The presence of bullet drop is fine....but sometimes I feel like I am standing outside of my mech throwing the projectile with my hand with the amount of drop, especially at close ranges....bullet drop needs to stay in the game, but only at longer distances.

I only noticed any significant drop with my AC10 Experimental Centurion A (soooo fun and satisfying to hit with AC10...even if it's currently a sadly-imbalanced weapon) when I was at about half again beyond recommended range.

The drop is simply ridicolous. And that the aim is not compensating for it. Especially as we need to have the circle on target to get a correct convergence.
