Several players report a significant drop in FPS. Certain users report that the game is now using a higher % of CPU. This problem affected a wide range of users, including those with high specs machines.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match.
4. Observe game FPS drops to freezing.

None Known (Niko says: Painting and inserting additional frames into the PC will not resolve this one)
