I would like to apologize to my teammates for my performance today. It was my second session with my first mech the hbk-4sp and it went much worse than day one. When I wasn't doing something stupid, toe to toe with a guasscat, I seemed to be singled out by the opposing team. I haven't had a day in a while with so many sub 100 damage games and not a single kill.
Thought I was figuring this thing out...dangit.
Ok, that was therapeutic.

I debated back and forth about the hbk and cent. The only thing I knew for sure is I wanted to pilot a medium to start with. I am almost to the point where I can upgrade my engine...that will be nice.
2 hits and the guasscat cored me. Then I realized, while inhaling smoke in my cockpit, that when I engaged him, instead of accelerating and entering a turn fight. I backed right up. Stupid. The only way to make it easier was to come to a complete stop and turn around. Ugh!

The 4sp is my favorite Hunchy, its a damn fine mech. My favorite loadout is 255xl, 4xMlas, Tag, 2xSRM6 w/Artemis and the rest double heatsinks.

You should upgrade to 5 small lasers.
