This isn't really the place for this post, but after looking at all the boards, there really isn't one. There's no place for suggestions about the forum, only a place for suggestions to the game developers. I think 'Forum Support' is the best fit, so I'll link you to the topic I created there. I'm posting here, because that board gets approximately zero traffic.

A PUG is a Pick Up Game; a Pug is a dog.

Summary: PGI should stop changing our all-caps acronyms (like 'PUG') to start-case (like 'Pug') in topic titles on the topic list. It's annoying to keep seeing acronyms that are formatted as if they were words when the author almost certainly took the time to type it correctly.
