It only happens once in a while but when it does its annoying so I heres my suggestion.

*Upon going out of bounds for more than 10 secondsthe in questio mech shuts down and can be killed for moneyz.
*If a player is flagged more than twice in a row for not repairing or running out of bounds that mech is locked for 48 hours.
* Any mech with only 1 weapon under 2 tons that is heavier than commando is automatically flagged.
