Dragon Camo Spec Not Available?

I don't know if it's just me, but I can change the camo spec of my Jenner, Catapult, and Catraphract no problem. Though any time I try to do anything with my Dragon, everything is grayed out, and cannot be clicked on. Anyone else got a Dragon that won't let you change any colors?

Read the patch notes... its amazing what you can learn...
