Now that the Founders have gotten their precious premium time buttons, when do you plan on pressing it?

Do you want all the benefits right now, or do you want to wait until we have a more finished game?

Personally, I'm having trouble deciding, and I'd love some input.

The amount of cbills you earn won't change anytime soon, so the best time to use the premium button is when you can spend the most time playing the game. For example if you get a long Christmas break and plan to play alot then it would be a good time to maximize the bonus.

Just click the button when you will be able to spend alot of time playing.

When they fix the framerate on dual core CPUs or I get a quad core.

Oh, and after they fix ECM, because next week I stop playing by the looks of it.

I'll press it, when we have community warfare available.

I'm a little torn too. With the game-breaking bugs I'm experiencing at present, now that my premium time is on hold for as long as I like, I'm tempted to stop playing MWO until such a time as these bugs are fixed. In which case I would not be activating it. But OTOH, what if MWO goes belly up before I do engage the button? That's 2 months premium wasted, never to be used.

I am at least relieved, with the free premium gone I am no longer compelled to be playing to take advantage of it. It had sorta become like a job. :)

When they fix the netcode.

Until then I got 14 mechs to play with and make some CBills from for anything else I might need.

I;m waiting for proper matchmaking and voice chat. I don't have many friends right now so I am getting constantly pwned due to all pug matches.

I am not injecting my two months of founder premium time. I don't need it.

Atm the game is "finished" for me, I already own all the mechs I wanted (mastered), and I'll have enough cash to buy the stalkers once they are available. Paints are more than expensive, I don't really care about them.

And after then.. I have plenty of time to exp the stalkers and wait months and months and months to see the Highlander, which is the only other mech I'm looking forward to.

Read: it's a beta and they are focusing on something else, but I do really hope they speed up A LOT content creation, we need lots more of mechs and new maps.. fancy variants can be lovely, but they don't change the gameplay.

I don't know when I do it. I was going to do it when community warfare was put in and or when thy put some other form of combat in other than run across the map and kill every thing in the medal and then Cap their starting point.

I lost faith in PGI at this point

I don't know, I always planned on having to buy more premium time after my three months ran out.

I might try to run without premium for a week or two, just to see if I can stand the lower XP/CB rate. If I can't, I'll just press the button. It's not like I thought I would have those months forever, and it's not like it's very expensive to buy more premium time.

Not going to press mine until PGI has added enough content for me to actually want to spent the time playing it, right now MWO is in the "if I've got nothing else to do" column.

I have a decent amount of mechs, not a lot, but enough to keep me busy. Plus I don't see a need to purchase a mech every other day so I don't really need the increase in C-Bills just yet.

Maybe when a few more mechs come out I might think about it ... or my repair bills go through the roof but even without the premium I am making a profit.

I am going to wait until the game is working properly and more anticipated features are out. Likely once I feel like it's not still in what I consider to be more of an alpha stage than a beta. Maybe when they stop announcing a feature to come out in an update then not acknowledging it when said feature doesn't come out.

Maybe then I'll push my very expensively purchased, high hopes button.

Don't get me wrong, I still have high hopes for this game and believe the devs love MW like the players do. I think, however, there's a ways to go before it's ready to have money spent on it.

Already pressed the button.
I play 4 to 6 hours a week playing and with the bonuses to exp and c-bills it gives, it makes no sense not to use it now. It isn't like it will give something more later.
