Hey guys, can y'all answer a quick question?
When I sell a mech, does it automatically strip it first? Or does it also sell all the weapons and ammo and such that are currently on it?

It asks if you want to sell or keep the items that are on it, yes.

Be careful though, a mech's chassis is nearly worthless compared to its buying price. Want to sell a Commando chassis? The game will give you 200,000 C-bills for it. An entire chassis is nowhere as valuable as the Engine that's in it.

In the meantime we have to buy fully equipped mechs even if they have garbage on them... can't tell you how many stock Engines I've sold without using them even once.

I think it would be great if we could just buy the chassis.
