I purchased a Thrustmaster Stick X to use with MWO... configured all my buttons in the Options panel, but when I get in-game, I get completely killed.
Some problems:
- "Invert Y-axis" doesn't appear to work.
- Throttle is messed up.
- Despite being perfectly centred in the Thrustmaster config utility, in-game the joystick isn't calibrated correctly.
- Tracking of joystick control is *significantly* slower than with mouse/kb. Both turning direction, and rotating the torso are way, way slower than when I use the mouse/kb.
Is there any way to calibrate the joystick in-game, and configure the tracking speed? With the options all there for mapping buttons to game controls, it's really frustrating that the in-game experience with a joystick sucks so extremely badly.
Status Of Joystick Support?

I tried steadily for 3 days to get my MS Sidewinder Presicion JS to work completely but just gave up and went to keyboard an mouse playing,I guess its what you get used to.
On the JS I could never get the Throttle or the Pitch Axis to work correctly no matter what I tried.Maybe down the road they will giv e proper JS support, but it seems the devs want Mouse and Keyboard to be main Input devices .Plus with all the things they need to sort out in the game don't hold your breath
