Question About Srm + Artemis

Is it possible to use these with great effeciency with 200+ ping and around 13 fps?

If the target isnt moving too fast, yes.

Artemis on the other side is countered with ECM, which your ideal target, atlas carries around.

The effect of Artemis is imho too small for SRMs. Its not helping much, i wouldnt use SRMs over 100-125m.
