Hire a developer to creat an application to make Mechs and Maps for MWO that your Map and Mech Devs can use to speed up delivery of new content. Additionally you can allow players to submit map and mech designs using this tool that might be considered for use in MWO perhaps even a contest.
Make sure you build the tools so you can add addtional feature in the future.
