At times, the base does not get captured when one or more Mech is inside.

Steps to Reproduce
0. Boot the game.
1. Login to the game.
2. Launch a match.
3. Attempt to capture points.
4. Observe as points do not respond to capture stimulus.

Notes
Occurs in Conquest and Assault (more frequently on Conquest)

Workarounds
None Known (Niko says, "This capture point is not a clown car.")
