You are rolling in your pimped out assault with SSRM XL DHS/ENDO and Artemis for crying out loud.
What do you expect to see on your repair bill?
Suck it up or drop some of those fancy toys

I think it's about time to organize an "occupy Commstar" movement with my fellow 99%'ers...

Hunchback 4G (Founders) (ES, DHS, AC/20, 4 Tons Ammo, 200 Standard Engine): 20k to 50k repairs. 100k to 250k earnings win/loss. So 100k+ net gain per match, with Premium bonus. About 60k to 120k net gain without Premium on a loss.
Hunchback 4SP (ES, DHS, 2x SRM-6 + 4 tons ammo, 4x Medium Laser, 260 Standard Engine.): 40k to 70k repair / rearm. 100k to 250k win/lose. Not much worse than above.
Cataphract 4X (ES, DHS, 4x AC/2 + 6 tons ammo, 2x MPulse, 250XL Engine.): 60k to 120k repair / rearm. Usually less than 100k even when completely destroyed. Without premium bonus, I *gasp* lose about 20k per match on a loss. I DEMAND REFUND WARGARBLE!
*sigh*

Lol this has nothing to do with real world politics man.
The occupy movement was a solid idea that attracted a diverse crowd.
Cops cracked down on it like we became a fascist police state overnight and the media interviewed every dirty stupid hippi they could find in the crowds to smear the movement on TV.
I totally disagree with the Tea Party movement but the media did the same with them, interview a ton of people and air all the dumb racist rednecks. That way the nation lumps every idea associated with the Tea Party with ignorance and backwards ideology.
Besides maybe if we occupy Comstar we can prevent that Blakist ***** from happening

If it worked like that, Premium users would be able to field mechs that are just plain stronger than everybody else's, which would be terrible. Premium users should get cool stuff or avoid some grinding, but never get more power.
All mech loadouts need to be able to generate cash, which isn't the case right now.
We should (and will) complain until they fix it.

Our YOU could just run YOUR founders mech more to pay for your shiny mech, an advantage some of us (like me) don't have, and are doing fine with out. Not running premium and I can afford to run the mechs I want just fine.
Ironic that its a founder defending the supposedly poor downtrodden f2pwarriors....

Exactly.... I believe this was even stated in one of the early dev post/patch note back in cb.
If find yourself constantly losiny cbill in your **** mobile, grab one of your normal mech w/o all the hi-tech gadgets,
or even trial mechs to earn some money before going back to your 1337shiny pwn face assaults.

Suffice to say both polar extremes did a a very good job showing the other sides mouth breathing knuckle-draggers...
Re: Drawing the parallel between OW movement and the pretense of "wanting something for nothing" was a pretty easy example IMHO.
